Services will be delivered to you in compliance with the specifications, time-scales and other operational requirements specific to each contractual arrangement entered into between you and The Company.

9 CANCELLATION

Subject to payment for all services rendered you have the right to cancel a Service Contract in writing at any time by giving 7 days written notification to that effect either by e-mail or ordinary post to the relevant addresses of the Company specified in Heading 14 below.

10 REFUND POLICY

Subject to the giving of written notice in accordance with the provisions of Heading 9 above you shall be entitled to a refund of unexpended fees.

Every effort shall be made to submit refunds to you within 14 days from the receipt by the Company of your written notice of cancellation but the right is reserved to reasonably extend this period in the event of operational necessity resulting from factors beyond the control of the Company.

11 INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and our employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against the Company arising out of any breach by you of the Terms or other liabilities arising out of your use of the Website.

12 SEVERANCE

If any of the Terms should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

13 GOVERNING LAW

The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
